The service is stable, with experienced educators who understand routines, allowing you to focus on organisation, programming, and maintaining smooth daily operations. Role Details: Maternity leave contract (late April start – end October, with potential extension or redeployment) 25 hours per week $36 per hour superannuation Small team of 2–3 direct reports, with additional casual staff Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 2:00pm – 6:00pm Tuesday: 11:00am – 1:00pm (admin) Thursday: 11:00am – 1:00pm (admin) Full-time hours available during vacation care periods About the Service: All-girls independent school setting Licensed for smaller groups (typically 20 children in ASC and VAC) Structured, organised environment with consistent routines Strong, experienced team requiring light-touch leadership Supportive school community About You: Certificate III working towards Diploma or Diploma-qualified (or equivalent) Experience in OSHC or early childhood Organised, structured, and able to maintain a smooth-running service Confident communicator with a professional presentation Willingness to step into a leadership role and develop capability Requirements: Cert III Qualification Valid Working With Children Check CHCPRT025 – Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk (or willingness to obtain) Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain) Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Why Join This Organisation?
